GWC Receives Green Building Award for The Bungalows Project

lving copy  The Central Oregon Builder’s Association (COBA) Tour of Homes, a two week showcase of Central Oregon’s finest homes, concluded in July, but not before awarding Greg Welch Construction with the Green Building Award for The Bungalows at Northwest Crossing.

The Bungalows at Northwest Crossing project is a 24-unit condominium project in the desirable Northwest Crossing neighborhood of Bend. Each of the two-to-three bedroom condominiums feature contemporary craftsman architecture designed by Muddy River Designs and built by Greg Welch Construction. Unit One, a 2BR, 2.5BA corner unit on Shields Drive, was featured at this year’s tour. Among its many stylish, yet eco-friendly features, this unit included:
